1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CSBOT CLICCO, an AI-powered customer service platform operated by CV Clicco Niroga ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

CSBOT CLICCO provides:

  • AI-powered customer service automation for businesses
  • Integration with WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging
  • Product catalog and order management capabilities
  • Analytics and reporting for customer interactions
  • Multi-bot management for multiple business accounts

Our service utilizes artificial intelligence to assist with customer communications. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may not always be perfect and should be reviewed by human operators when necessary.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials with third parties
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of harassment
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

5. WhatsApp Business Platform Compliance

As our service integrates with WhatsApp Business Platform, you agree to comply with:

Violation of WhatsApp or Meta policies may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.

6. Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to our platform (product information, business data, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

6.2 Customer Data

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to collect and process customer data through our platform. You must comply with applicable data protection laws regarding your customers' information.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Our AI generates responses based on your training data and general knowledge. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated responses sent to your customers.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CV Clicco Niroga and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.

8. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to paid features of our service:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • AI-generated responses will be accurate or appropriate for your needs
  • Any errors in the service will be corrected
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CV CLICCO NIROGA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content obtained from the service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • AI-generated responses or recommendations

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CV Clicco Niroga and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy rights
  • Any content you upload or transmit through the service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of WhatsApp or Meta policies
  • Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the service
  • Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Indonesia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
